Your Kangaroo Golfstream will be delivered by UPS or FedEx, depending on your location. Let us know upon ordering if you have a preference. Kangaroo does not ship caddies via the postal service.
If you’re unsatisfied with your Golfstream for any reason, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. Kangaroo Golf reserves the right not to issue a refund or issue only a partial refund if the returned item has been damaged or used and cannot be resold. The packaging can be opened but the actual product should still be in like-new condition.
Your Golfstream caddie, battery, and charger are warranted for any factory defect within one year of the date of purchase.
Service and Care
The Golfstream PACER has automatic gear control for consistent downhill speeds. It's equipped with a distance timer, clock, setting to program your name, and a battery charge indicator.
The Kangaroo Golfstream is designed to be simple so it doesn't have automatic gear control, distance timer, clock, or a setting to program your name into the digital screen.
The Golfstream PACER has automatic gear control so it cannot be pushed or pulled without the wheels being put in freewheel.
The Kangaroo Golfstream can be safely pushed when powered off, but should not be pulled backward without the wheels being put in freewheel.
To put wheels in freewheel:
Push the quick release button on the outside of the wheel.
Slide the wheel outward slightly on the axle. Release button to allow it to lock in the proper groove. When the hub is locked onto the free-wheel groove, the wheel will not slide off.
Golfstreams are basically maintenance free. Just make sure your battery is properly charged. For cleaning, it’s best to wipe down with a moist rag. Do not hose or pressure wash your Golfstream.
Kangaroo’s repair center in North Carolina can handle all of your maintenance needs. Just call our service department to describe your problem and request a prepaid shipping label. The shipping cost will be added to the cost of your repair. Repairs are usually completed within two business days once they’re received.
Our CaddyCell lithium battery will provide your Kangaroo Golfstream with enough power for a full 18-hole round. Always recharge immediately after you play, even 9 holes.
The Golfstream PACER is equipped with automatic gear control so its speed stays more consistent on downslopes.
There is no brake on the Kangaroo Golfstream. We recommend lowering your speed when on a downslope and parking at an angle when stopped.
We offer a cup holder, umbrella holder, and scorecard holder. Note only two can be used at one time. We also make a golfstream tote that attaches to the struts.
Kangaroo sells a slightly modified version of the Golfstream Vision offered in the UK and we have simplified some of the electronic components to be more user-friendly. Due to these changes, the Kangaroo Golfstream does not have a distance timer, clock, or a setting to program your name into the digital screen.
